¹⁹ When he asked, “What things?” they replied, “The things that happened to Jesus of Nazareth, who was a prophet powerful in word and deed before God and all the people, ²⁰ and how our chief priests and rulers handed him over to be sentenced to death and had him crucified.

²¹ “We had been hoping that he would be the one who would redeem Israel. And what is more, this is the third day since all of this took place.
